Were helpful throughout our four-night stay. The room was modern and clean, but it could use a little refresh regarding decor. The bustling atmosphere during breakfast was enjoyable, yet the noise from the pool area might disturb light sleepers.

My room included a private safe, climate control and a minibar. The staff was really helpful and attentive and created quiet atmosphere. The private parking was on-site, exceptional service. There was a gym, which was well equipped.

The pool was a real treat after long days of exploring Naples! Great location near attractions and helpful staff. Just be aware of limited family swim hours 🏊‍♂️

I faced some cleanliness issues . The floors were not well cleaned, leaving my feet dirty shortly after arriving. The air conditioning was quite noisy. The breakfast offerings were quite limited, with not enough options available if I arrived late.

Location made exploring Naples so easy. Just steps away from popular spots. The cleaning staff kept everything super clean daily, which I appreciated. Reception had friendly staff, very helpful when I had questions about local attractions. Room size was decent, but lacking amenities like a kitchenette. Breakfast options were frustrating. Arrived before 10:30 and found basic pastries available, with no eggs or proper options left. Worst part was pool access. Only lane swims available, so family swim times were very limited. The empty pool in the morning could have made for a refreshing start to the day if allowed. Too many restrictions on gym and pool access made it less enjoyable. A mixed bag, but location was the highlight.

The location was fantastic. We explored many nearby attractions easily! The staff were helpful. Especially with organizing our sightseeing and providing excellent tips. The pool was a real treat.
